We delight in finding our customers home in this paradise we are blessed to call home. Perdido Key is where we live and work most of the time, well a bit of play too. We have beachfront condos and a golf condo listed within minutes of each other in Perdido Key located between Pensacola and Orange Beach as of this writing. We have also shown and listed properties in Pensacola Beach and work as far out as Gulf Breeze. Carole is licensed to sell both Florida and Alabama properties and Carl is licensed in Florida only for now. Our team brings a lot more to the table than one realtor can. Either of us can work with buyers or sellers to create a listing or present and offer, but we both specialize in areas too.
Carole is excellent at seeking out houses that are not even on the market if it suits buyers needs. She has excelled at closing properties for several years with Keller Williams AGC and now with Coastal Realty Executives where her broker is. Carole was a Sales Manager with ARA Mark for years which was a great background for working with customers both buyers and sellers. She worked in condo rentals and sold numerous homes by the owner prior to moving over to be a Realtor. Carole has been in the Top 15 club at Keller Williams every year she has been with them and with over 190 agents that put her in the top 8%. This year it was changed to the top 20. What is most impressive is that all her customers have come from “word of mouth” from other customers with little to no marketing until now. Most that work with Carole refer her and ask for her again and again. She is diligent and sincerely interested in serving her customers and doing whatever it takes.

Carl comes from a family of realtors that worked in the real estate business for over 40 years in the Nashville Tennessee area. Carl was the founder and CEO of a company for almost twenty years that he sold three years ago. Since then he had been working for the company he sold and running a new Company he founded here in Perdido Key. Recently, he joined The Beach Shacks Team to assist Carole and increase the marketing and sales focus. He loves doing open houses, marketing, listings, showings, and assisting Carole with what she needs. It is his hope to get more of his children in the business in the future.
