One good way to get alerts as properties become available is to select a property or neighborhood that you want is to Sign Up for Listing Alerts in blue (it is circled in red) on that page. Pre selected areas are available but you can custom pick your own criteria and select it to be sent monthly, weekly, or daily. Opting out is simple and easy to do. You will not be contacted once you opt out.
At the bottom of this page and also on the right column is a login and a signup page if you have not been here before. You can search and discover without signing in, but to save and have properties mailed to you automatically you must give the system an email.
