Harbour Pointe at Perdido Key Florida has numerous homes including houses and even Wingate View Condos. There are a few for sale in this unique community on the water at Big Lagoon near Johnson Beach. Harbour Lakes is a nice community some with wonderful water views.

If you love the water and are a boater you can live on the water in the condos. A beautiful intercoastal view with plenty of activity and access to the gulf a few miles to the east. The condos have beautiful views of the intracoastal and gulf. three bedroom(two masters) and a bonus bunk room or office. The complex has a large pool, hot tub, exercise room, meeting room w/kitchen. There is also aw hite sand beach overlooking the intracoastal with a Johnson Beach barrier island and Gulf Boat dock with 32 boat slips and fishing pier. They are currently being rebuilt. One of the best condos in the area.
