Butchs Bistro (Butch’s Bistro) is one of our favorite lunch sports in Perdido Key Florida. It is just across the bridge a mile or so going north from Perdido Key. It is just on the left across from Alabama Credit Union. The address is 13118 Sorrento Rd, Pensacola, FL 32507.
Butch and Pam are the owners and likely you will get to know them along with Ashley and Kelly. Blackened Shrimp tacos, Gumbo, Brisket, and a lot of things come to mind when you mention Butches.
Do not forget to get the bottomless sweet tee, or ask for the many Root Beers in Butches collection. Cheese Cakes and Pies made daily by Pam. Salads, specials, and a chalk board for all the new inventions the staff comes up with. There are certainly pictures of all the great things they make shown on google.
